At Hitchin Aikido Club we teach the Ki Aikido of the Ki Federation of Great Britain - a non-profit organisation started by Sensei K Williams, the first British Sensei (Teacher) to teach Aikido in the UK. Our style of Aikido promotes health, calmness and wellbeing in a fun way and is accessible to people of any age or ability. You do not need to be physically fit or strong and we have pensioners, youngsters and people with disabilities in our organisation. Our intention is to unlock our inner strength, by performing movements and mental exercises that help us overcome our own weaknesses and help us deal with the difficult situations we face in our daily lives. You are welcome to come along to view the classes and to have a chat with us.
