Club Yoga classes are taught in a vinyasa flow style, with postures linked to the breath, to bring optimum functioning to the body and mind. The classes are given by fully qualified Yoga Instructors who are well versed in contraindications.
The Senior Instructor and club founder; Sarah, has a vast experience of teaching to beginners, experienced yoga students and yoga teachers and will modify the postures to suit your ability. Sarah demonstrates clearly and helps you achieve what is right for your body. Classes also cover pranayama and relaxation.
The Club has a friendly welcoming feel with a wide variety of students from athletes to new mums, and from experienced to novice – all are welcome.
