Trampoline Gymnastics Competition, open to all Members: Sunday 12th May 2024 1:30pm – 5pm
Club Gymnastics Competition, open to all Members: Sunday 19th May 2024 1:30pm – 6pm
Trampoline Camp – Competitive Squad Members only: Tuesday 30th July 10-4pm, Wednesday 31st July 10-4pm, Thursday 1st August 10-6pm.

Regional Challenge Cup Dates – Updated 3/8/23
Q1 October 29th 2023 Harlow……gymnasts will be entered in the age group for 2024.
Q2 February 11th 2024 Colchester
Regional Final April 14th 2024 (PROVISIONAL AT THE MOMENT) Cambridge.
I will confirm the Regional final date as soon as I can, I am awaiting a response to ensure that there is not a clash with other competitions.
The proposed date for the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final is 5th -7th July 2024 (tbc).
